At The Gehna Studio, all products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch.

No Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been delivered. This includes returns due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, or any other reason unrelated to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at thegehnastudio@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

If we determine that the issue qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.

We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

Orders may be processed and shipped before the 24-hour period has ended. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at thegehnastudio@gmail.com with your order number.

If the cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

If an eligible cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
